In 2010 Eastlands Homes were pleased to award Tendered Work to Christopher James for the day to day repair of our tenancies and full property refurbishment projects over the next 4 years. Laisterdyke Technology School
Our largest Single Installation to date, In 2003 Laisterdyke Enterprise College had a 26 Camera CCTV system recording on a Time Lapse Recorder. As a part of their development from a Middle School Into a Secondary School, Christopher James was invited to quote for the upgrade of their CCTV system to Digital Recording Technology. We are happy to have continued our working relationship to present. Today Laisterdyke College is our largest Single Site CCTV installation with 144 CCTV Cameras, 9 Digital Recorders and a 16 point monitored Door Entry System.

Haworth Tourist Information Centre
In 2004 Christopher James was contacted by Haworth Tourist Information Centre. We were asked to advise how the centre could best spend their security budget to introduce effective but unobtrusive security into their building. After our initial survey, we recommended The Installation of a 4 Camera CCTV System at Haworth. We were later invited to install a similar system in Ilkley Tourist Information centre and continue to service and maintain both systems.

Tung Sing Orient Housing Association
In 1997 Christopher James was asked to review Tung Sings’s need to provide a Warden Call Service to a number of their Elderly Residents. Having considered their requirements we recommended the installation of Dispersed Pendant Alarms. Today we continue to maintain the 130 Dispersed Pendant Alarms we installed as a result and also service and maintain an additional Hard Wired Warden Call Systems for Tung Sing Housing Association.
